On December 21, staff members at the Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Inspection and Testing Station in Dongguang County, Cangzhou, Hebei, tested pesticide residues in vegetables sold to the Beijing-Tianjin region.

Recently, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development mechanism for joint prevention and control of pesticide management was officially launched. The three regions will implement joint prevention and control for the production, sale, use, spot checks and agricultural product pesticide residue testing of pesticides, and the spot check results for pesticide quality and vegetable pesticide residues in the three regions will be mutually recognized.
