Zhong Yuying, a capable woman in Anji white tea: remembering her neighbors after getting rich

Not long ago, Zhong Yuying, deputy director of the Women's Tea Cooperative of Huangdu Village, Xilong Township, began running around for tea affairs. "If the bank agrees to a mortgage, the cooperative members will be able to solve the problem of insufficient funds."

Zhong Yuying, 51 years old this year, is down-to-earth and capable, and dares to venture and fight. In 1990 she founded Xufei Tea Farm, expanding her white tea planting scale from the initial three or four mu to today's five hundred mu. She also created her own brand, "Xufei Tea Industry." With the help of her family, her white tea business is thriving, and she can receive many orders without even leaving home.

"Being rich yourself doesn't count as being rich; leading everyone to get rich together is true wealth," Zhong Yuying said. She uses her own tea garden as a practice base, hiring experts and technicians to provide cooperative members and tea farmers with technical guidance and training on white tea planting techniques and knowledge of pests and diseases.

She also holds training classes at the farm, teaching farmers stir-frying techniques hand by hand. Whenever tea farmers have difficulties, she must do her utmost to help. She once formed a pairing with Zhu Lianfeng of the Zhangjiasheng team, explaining white tea cutting and planting techniques to her, providing information and financial assistance, and also arranging for her husband to work at the tea farm. Under Zhong Yuying's drive and influence, almost every household in the entire Muzhuta villager group planted white tea and Longjing, and their days got better and better.

"Having the ability to help others makes me feel very gratified." Zhong Yuying not only proactively helps tea farmers lacking sales ability to sell dried tea, but also gives gifts and consolation money to tea farmer families with difficulties in life during festivals and holidays. She says this is also a kind of encouragement for them.
