During the Spring Festival, kumquats in Suichuan County, Jiangxi, enter their peak harvesting season. The kumquats picked each day are sold to large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, and exported to places such as Singapore and Japan. In 2015, Suichuan County's kumquat planting area reached 130,000 mu, with 80,000 mu bearing fruit and an annual output of 50 million kg.
