In recent years, Haiyuan County, located in the Xihaigu area of Ningxia, has vigorously supported distinctive breeding industries, encouraged enterprises to establish "cow banks," supported farmers in poor villages in enjoying interest-free loans to raise basic cows, and bought back the feeder cattle after farmers raised and fattened them, supplying supermarkets across the country.
