A young man returns home to start a business in farming and realizes his dream of prosperity

In March 2015, Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the government work report: "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation." After that, the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" resounded across the land.

Yang Ruilin, a villager from Hekou Village, Changchi Town, Yu County, Shanxi, was originally an employee of the Yu County Coal Transportation and Marketing Company. Since 2014, coal prices had continued to fall, the enterprise was in decline, and wages were in arrears for several months. In order to support his family, following the guidance of the new policies and carrying the bold spirit of returning home to start a business, Yang Ruilin resolutely gave up his original job and chose to return to his hometown to start a business and achieve his dream of prosperity.

After special visits, study, and training in Beijing, Yang Ruilin established the Yu County Fulin Breeding Professional Cooperative in the village in May 2015, using 500 mu of idle forest land to specialize in raising original-ecology black pigs and free-range chickens. At present, the breeding area covers more than 100 mu, the free-range area covers more than 350 mu, and it can hold 1,000 black pigs and more than 2,000 free-range chickens.

The purely natural free-range method ensures the original-ecological meat flavor and texture, and the products produced by the Yu County Fulin Breeding Professional Cooperative quickly became popular among the surrounding people and attracted market attention. As soon as the products hit the market, merchants snapped them up.

During the interview, Yang Ruilin said that next the breeding farm will expand its scale so that more people can eat original-ecological livestock and poultry products.
