Deep-processing of pickled vegetables brings good returns in Tangshan, Hebei
He Wanzhan, a villager from Lihu Village, Lizhaozhuang Town, Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, invested more than 1 million yuan to build a pickled vegetable deep-processing enterprise. The pickling production process successfully passed national standard acceptance inspection, and the pickled vegetable products sell well in Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan and other places. At the same time, with his own enterprise as the leader, he advocated the establishment of the Kanghe Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative, forming a distinctive business model of “enterprise + cooperative + farmers.” At present, more than 100 members have been recruited, involving a vegetable planting area of more than 800 mu of chili peppers, cucumbers, mustard greens, radishes and other vegetables, bringing members at least 1.6 million yuan in net income per year.
