In Sanjiang's accelerated development, the service awareness, vanguard and exemplary role, and work style of the Party member and cadre ranks are particularly important. We must make a fine work style become a conviction, a habit, a practice, an atmosphere, and a norm." Recently, at the special Party lecture on "Two Studies and One Action" learning education in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County, Cui Jun, secretary of the Sanjiang County Party Committee, put forward new requirements for all Party members and cadres in the county.

Since Sanjiang County held the mobilization meeting for "Two Studies and One Action" learning education in April, all townships and county-level departments throughout the county have fully launched the learning education work in accordance with arrangements. The leaders of the new term of the county's four leading bodies took the lead in going deep into enterprises, villages, and fields to conduct research, understand the situation of enterprise production and targeted poverty alleviation work, encourage everyone to strive for achievements, vigorously develop ecological industries, and through the form of cooperatives help poor farmers increase income through multiple channels, escape poverty and become prosperous, and resolutely win the tough battle of targeted poverty alleviation. The Party branch of the county Party Committee Propaganda Department held a "Two Studies and One Action" learning education meeting on June 3, requiring all Party members of the branch to apply what they learn, conscientiously fulfill the duties of the Party's news and public opinion work, give play to the leading role of propaganda, ideological and cultural work, tell Sanjiang's story well, promote the main theme, spread positive energy, and provide ideological guarantee and public opinion support for the county's comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty during the "13th Five-Year Plan."

"As a young woman, she follows us through villages day and night, doing planning and busy surveying. It is very rare!" On June 4, Liu Xiangzhi, Party branch secretary of Gongjiang Village, Gaoji Yao Township, Sanjiang County, praised the village's "first secretary" Rong Ni in this way. Gongjiang Village has 75 poor households, and the villagers live scattered, with poor village-level roads. Rong Ni went deep into the homes of poor households, understood their situations and needs, and focused on helping them develop industries such as monk fruit, gambir vine, bamboo rat, pheasant, and free-range chicken. Yancha Village, Liang kou Township, is a poor village with 271 poor households and

1,165 poor people. After understanding the basic situation of the whole village's economic development, village conditions and public opinion, the difficulties of the masses, and conflicts and disputes, the village's "first secretary" Xie Guang and village officials decided to vigorously plant economic crops such as tea and tea oil to help farmers increase income, improve agricultural efficiency, and lead the masses up the mountains to open wasteland. Party members and cadres active in the fields like Rong Ni and Xie Guang, who seek advice from the people, ask about the people's needs, ask about the people's safety, and ask about the people's effectiveness, are qualified Party members who emerged actively in Sanjiang's "Two Studies and One Action" learning education.

Being a qualified Party member is one of the goals of this "Two Studies and One Action" learning education. It is to let everyone thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches, promote the extension of comprehensive strict governance of the Party to the grassroots, consolidate and expand the achievements of the Party's mass line education and practice activities and the "Three Stricts and Three Earnests" special education, further solve the problems existing in the Party member ranks in terms of ideology, organization, work style, and discipline, and maintain and develop the Party's advanced nature and purity.
