At today's project signing ceremony, 7 projects were signed on site, with a contracted investment amount of 6.216 billion yuan, among which 4 projects exceeded 500 million yuan and 3 projects exceeded 100 million yuan.

Project overview:
This project was jointly introduced by the Second Investment Promotion Sub-bureau of Qichun County and Caohe Town, and is invested in and built by Qichun Qichun Mugwort Valley Health Industry Co., Ltd. It plans to invest 2.8 billion yuan to build a leisure and health new district with mugwort storage and display and mugwort product processing and sales as the main body, with the development of healthy ecological concepts as its purpose, integrating scientific research, planting, health, wellness and leisure tourism. After completion, the comprehensive output value is expected to reach 3 billion yuan.
Green Skin: Huanggang Chuchuang Ecological Agriculture Demonstration Park Project

This project was introduced by the Second Investment Promotion Sub-bureau of Qichun County and is invested in and built by Huanggang Chuchuang Ecological Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd. It plans to invest 116 million yuan and plans to occupy 1,100 mu in Changtangjiao Village, Zhulin Town, building a 1,000-mu camellia oleifera base, a 50-mu fish pond ecological breeding base and a standardized breeding farm for 1.5 million young laying hens. After completion, the annual output value is expected to reach 55 million yuan, driving more than 300 farming households to engage in laying hen breeding and become prosperous.

It plans to invest 500 million yuan to build a five-star standard leisure resort hotel with a main hotel building of no less than 40,000 sq m and no fewer than 300 guest rooms, integrating leisure, entertainment, business, conferences, offices, experiences and reception functions.

Project overview:
This project was introduced by the Third Investment Promotion Sub-bureau of Qichun County and is invested in and built by Yekalon Group. It plans to invest 1.2 billion yuan to relocate the enterprises in Qichun Economic Development Zone and Jiukesong Village, Hengche Town, as a whole to the Hexi New District, introduce world-advanced technology, adopt advanced equipment and modern production processes, and build an industrial park integrating "forest, board, flooring and furniture". After completion and operation, the annual output value is expected to reach 3 billion yuan and more than 1,500 people will be employed.

It plans to invest 1.2 billion yuan to acquire 600 mu of land in the Hexi New District of the Li Shizhen Pharmaceutical Industrial Park and build a comprehensive Qichun mugwort industrial park focusing on Qichun mugwort planting and the production and sales of its derivatives, covering Qichun mugwort product research and development, manufacturing, business offices, testing, training, wellness tourism, exhibition and sales, warehousing and logistics, and more.

Project overview:
This project was introduced by the Seventh Investment Promotion Sub-bureau of Qichun County and is invested in and built by Qichun Zhonghuan Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. It plans to invest 200 million yuan to acquire 30 mu of land in the Hexi New District of the Li Shizhen Pharmaceutical Industrial Park and build a production line for national "863" high-tech lithium-ion battery cathode materials. After completion and operation, annual sales revenue will reach more than 100 million yuan.
