It is understood that Poyang Lake's most beautiful "water highway" - the Dahu Chi underwater highway - is a section of the Yong-Wu Highway, with a total length of 5.05 km. It is designed as a Grade III submersible highway, passes through the core migratory bird protection area of Poyang Lake, and is the only land route connecting the thousand-year-old ancient town of Wucheng Town.
