On June 6, Na Rentuya, Chairwoman of the League Women's Federation, and her delegation conducted research and guidance on the key publicity and ideological work of the Alxa Left Banner Women's Federation, accompanied by Alatenghua, Chairwoman of the Banner Women's Federation, and Nie Fenghua, Vice Chairwoman.
Symposium
At the symposium, Alatenghua, Chairwoman of the Alxa Left Banner Women's Federation, gave a detailed summary report on the Banner Women's Federation's key work and future work plans. Various departments, based on their actual work, gave detailed reports on women's rights protection, development, organization and publicity work, highlighting key work and difficult issues. Chairwomen of the Women's Federations from four subdistrict offices and Bayanhot Town also separately reported on the progress and highlights of their women's federation work, and reflected on the problems and difficulties existing at the grassroots level.
At the meeting, the department heads of the League Women's Federation gave detailed answers to the questions raised by the Banner Women's Federation and grassroots women's federations. Chairwoman Na fully affirmed the women's work in Alxa Left Banner, believing that the women's federation work at all levels in Alxa Left Banner was solid and had outstanding highlights, and at the same time summarized the issues raised by everyone and provided guidance and answers.
Regarding next steps, Chairwoman Na put forward three requirements: First, accurately position the functions of women's federation work. Grasp rights protection with one hand and development with the other, find the right positioning, and transform ways of thinking. Second, carry out work around the center and serve the overall situation. Consolidate the foundation, increase publicity, pioneer and innovate, guide women, and serve women well. Third, master correct working methods. Innovate work concepts, extensively carry out cooperation and exchanges, and continuously advance the building of grassroots women's organizations.
Visits and research
After the symposium, the research delegation went deep into the autonomous-region-level "Most Beautiful Family" demonstration site - Xihuayuan Community of Wangfu Subdistrict Office, listened to reports on women's work, and gained a detailed understanding of the "Women's Home" activity venue, publicity front construction, institutional construction, "Most Beautiful Family" and "Women Volunteer" service activities, and reviewed relevant archival materials. Wangfu Subdistrict Office took the lead in introducing the concept of social work, and through integrating social organizations and commercial institutions, won recognition for its advantages such as strong self-development and numerous highlight projects.
Afterwards, the research delegation came to Xinitiaohai Gacha and conducted an on-site inspection of the national women's agricultural science and technology demonstration base - Jincheng Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative in Bayanhot Town. With a detailed introduction by Li Haixia, Director of the Gacha Women's Congress, the research delegation gained an in-depth understanding of the planting scale, industrial structure, cooperative operation, and the situation of radiating and driving surrounding women to develop and increase income.
Through the research and guidance of the League Women's Federation delegation, the direction for the next step of the Women's Federation's work was pointed out.
