Zhao Wenhua graduated from Baoji University of Arts and Sciences. After graduating from university, he came through public recruitment to serve as assistant to the Party branch secretary in Maojiahe Village, Jianyucha Township, Zichang County. Born and raised in the countryside, he made it his ideal during university to become a college-graduate village official and serve farmers.

After learning of this situation, the first thing Zhao Wenhua did after taking office was to actively seek a way out for industrial development. Through many trips to inspect and study elsewhere, he realized that only by giving products fine packaging, building a local brand, commercializing the products and improving their cost-effectiveness could sales channels be opened and farmers' incomes be increased. So, in July 2015, he established Zichang County Chong'erchuan Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., focusing on developing sericulture-related products of the village and the township.

For example, our mulberries - people from outside would come and pick them to eat, picking them everywhere.
