After returning home to start a business and achieve prosperity, he led his neighbors to increase their incomes together
As the idea that "working away from home is not as good as starting a business back home" gains acceptance and various preferential policies are implemented, more and more young people are now returning home to start businesses. Li Shirong, a young man from Yangmei Village, Yangmei Township, Shuicheng County, is one of these many homecoming entrepreneurs. While making a profit himself, he has not forgotten to lead his fellow villagers and neighbors to get rich together.
Li Shirong, 29 this year, began working in Shenzhen in 2010, but his income was not promising. Later, after learning about market conditions, he decided to return home to start a business and set up a cattle farm.
Lacking experience, Li Shirong tried every means to solve the various difficulties he encountered. From barn design, cattle feed cultivation, beef cattle sales and technical staff training, he tackled them one by one. Through his efforts, the farm now has 30 beef cattle and can generate nearly 100,000 yuan in income each year.
While prospering himself, Li Shirong also led his fellow villagers and neighbors to develop other industries. In the large wasteland of Yangmei Village, Yangmei Township, looking out, one can see dense rows of small saplings covering the plots, and Li Shirong is leading the local people in weeding these saplings.
It is understood that under Li Shirong's leadership, 20 households in Yangmei Village have now invested 120,000 yuan to plant 106 mu of ginkgo saplings for landscape greening, which can be sold by the end of this year. As the farm gradually becomes more standardized, Li Shirong is full of confidence in the future development of the whole village.
