How do you stick with ecological farming? A college graduate returning home to start a business gives the answer

On a summer night, at the Dendrobium officinale plantation of the Longzhikang Planting Professional Cooperative in Hengxi Town, Xianju County, 28-year-old general manager Luo Yizhong and cooperative members used flashlights to search for the snail, the natural enemy of Dendrobium officinale.
In 2011, after graduating from university, Luo Yizhong returned to his hometown of Hengxi Town to farm, and he chose to grow Dendrobium officinale as his path to entrepreneurship. He created his own organic Dendrobium officinale cultivation method: "no chemical fertilizer, no pesticide spraying, manual weeding, hand-catching insects, harvested after five years." For more than five years, he has adhered to his own cultivation principles, and the organic Dendrobium officinale he produces has become a premium product on the market. Recently, the "Longzhikang" cooperative received another spot-check report from a quality supervision and testing agency of the Ministry of Agriculture, and the test results were respectively "not detected" and far below the national heavy metal content standards for pollution-free fruit.
