Heilongjiang cooperative grain dryer tower subsidy policy is here

Recently, Heilongjiang Province issued a plan for the construction of grain dryer towers by standardized modern agricultural machinery cooperatives. It stipulates that cooperatives building grain dryer towers with daily processing capacities of 200 tons, 300 tons, 500 tons and 1,000 tons will receive construction subsidy funds, with the highest subsidy being 1.5 million yuan.

According to the responsible person of the Agricultural Machinery Bureau of the province's Agricultural Commission, Heilongjiang Province adheres to rational layout in building grain dryer towers and will focus on building grain dryer towers in the main corn and rice production areas around the overall plan of the "Two Great Plains" modern agriculture comprehensive supporting reform pilot. It will also focus on supporting standardized modern agricultural machinery cooperatives named at the provincial level. Standardized modern agricultural machinery cooperatives may apply voluntarily and independently build grain dryer towers.

The construction scale of grain dryer towers is daily processing capacities of 200 tons, 300 tons, 500 tons and 1,000 tons. The construction subsidy funds for grain dryer towers will provide fixed subsidies for dryers and hot air furnaces: for a dryer tower with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons, a subsidy of 360,000 yuan per unit; for a dryer tower with a daily processing capacity of 300 tons, a subsidy of 480,000 yuan per unit; for a dryer tower with a daily processing capacity of 500 tons, a subsidy of 750,000 yuan per unit; for a dryer tower with a daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons, a subsidy of 1.5 million yuan per unit.
