By vigorously training resettler wealth-building leaders, it has transformed "blood-transfusion assistance" into "blood-generation capacity-building," using wealth-building leaders and demonstration households to lead the way, enriching resettlers, and powerfully promoting the rapid development of the reservoir area economy.

1. Closely integrate quality education for resettler wealth-building leaders with resettler training to improve the wealth-building capacity of resettler demonstration households. By organizing resettlers to participate in training on rural wealth-building leaders, new-type farmer science and technology, and ecological agriculture skills, their overall quality and wealth-building capacity have been improved. More than 2,800 resettler wealth-building leaders have been trained so far, and most demonstration households have mastered 1-2 wealth-building techniques, becoming leaders in the industrial development of the reservoir area.

2. Closely integrate the wealth-building experience of resettler demonstration households with typical-case guidance to strengthen resettlers' wealth-building skills. In view of the actual situation that the city's reservoir area covers a large territory and some resettlers live scattered, practical and feasible training methods have been adopted. Ke Shangjun, a resettler from Gaojiagou Village, Sanguandian Office, was recommended to participate in entrepreneurship training organized by the provincial resettlement bureau, and after returning developed a greenhouse vegetable base. By transferring resettler land, he expanded the planting scale and radiated benefits to many local resettler households, leading them onto the road to prosperity through developing the planting industry, playing a good demonstrative and driving role. At present, 19 leading enterprises and specialized cooperatives founded by entrepreneurial wealth-building leaders have connected with 25 resettler villages through agreements such as labor contracts, reverse leasing and subcontracting, and order contracts, driving 620 poor resettler households, more than 2,200 people.

3. Closely integrate new-type science and technology training for resettler demonstration households with consolidating the foundation for stable living and wealth-building to improve resettlers' entrepreneurial and employment capacity. This year, the bureau has adopted various measures to intensify entrepreneurship and employment skills training. To help resettlers improve their employment capacity and increase channels for wealth-building, it newly opened a rural e-commerce training class, specially entrusting a professional school to handle the teaching. The training content includes marketing, entrepreneurship and employment services, computer information technology, practical Taobao store opening, WeChat business, and more. It has trained 273 e-commerce resettler demonstration households, enabling them to learn to operate e-commerce platforms and vigorously promote various distinctive resources of the Danjiangkou reservoir area such as food, culture, tourism, competitions, and commerce.
