In 2015, Zhou Wei, a "post-80s" graduate, returned to his hometown of Hai'an County, Jiangsu Province, where he contracted 50 mu of land through land transfer in Xihu Village, Duntou Town, and established a three-dimensional "aeroponic" eco-park. The eco-park uses modern agricultural technologies such as a computer control system for plant growth and an intelligent sensing system, enabling vegetables and fruits to grow in pollution-free mist and achieving goals such as organic production, recycling, and energy conservation and environmental protection. At the end of July 2016, the first batch of agricultural products from the "aeroponic" eco-park went on the market.
