In response, taking the opportunity of Party lectures, the personnel of the Municipal Financial Office communicated face to face with the people, inspired the villagers' ideological awareness, guided and re-elected the village committee, added new members, and increased new vitality. Through extensive discussion, a consensus was reached to "develop the collective economy, raise funds to jointly build greenhouses, and jointly escape poverty and achieve prosperity."

Lixiandeng Village has 1100 mu of fertile farmland, flat terrain, and relatively good water conservancy conditions. It has long been mainly engaged in planting wheat, soybeans, and corn. However, the land is fertile, and testing has shown that the soil is rich in various trace elements suitable for the growth of melons and fruits. Experts suggested that developing characteristic high-efficiency greenhouse planting agriculture is the best policy.
