The second area is the milking parlor, which is equipped with fully automatic milking machines that can automatically detach the cups after milking. The AfiKin control panel here can identify cow information based on the pedometer worn by the cow, and if a cow is found not to meet the milking standards, the milking equipment will refuse to work. It is also equipped with plate-type rapid cooling equipment, which can cool the freshly milked milk to 3°C in the delivery pipeline, making it easy to store. The third area is the storage hall. Milking parlor No. 2 is equipped with 4 milk storage tanks, including 2 Packo milk tanks of 12,000 liters from Belgium and 2 Tianjin Ruishengtai milk tanks of 10,000 liters. Packo milk tanks have a unique and efficient cleaning system and cooling system, ensuring the quality and quantity of fresh milk during storage.
"Guiyi" student milk helps the education cause
According to Wang Yinxiang, chairman of Yinxiang Weiye Group and a deputy to the 12th National People's Congress, Yinxiang Weiye began planning the promotion of "Guiyi" student milk in 2014, and in April 2015 was recognized by the China Dairy Industry Association as a "student drinking milk production enterprise." In August 2015, it was approved to use the "Shandong Province Student Drinking Milk" label. With the highest quality standards, the enterprise innovatively launched the "Guiyi" student drinking milk educational group-purchase series of products, set up dedicated pastures for student milk, and established dedicated channels for educational products, managed separately from market sales.
At the beginning of this year, Yinxiang Baiao Ecological Pasture successfully introduced 2,000 purebred Australian cattle. On the basis of source control over the land source, feed source, cattle health source, scientific management source, and self-controlled production source, it continued to improve product quality.
The organic symbiosis model drives the coordinated development of agriculture and animal husbandry
The source of the dairy industry lies in agriculture. The core of the "organic symbiosis economic model" explored by Yinxiang Weiye is the "organic circular industrial chain from land to table." This industrial chain takes livestock breeding as its entry point. By developing dairy cow breeding, it converts crop straw into high-quality feed for breeding; while producing dairy products, it biologically processes pasture manure to produce biogas and organic fertilizer. The biogas is put into production, and the organic fertilizer continues to improve the land, on which organic crops are then planted, realizing a green cycle throughout the entire production process.
