Zhu Jianhua, who returned to his hometown to start a business, becomes a leader in prosperity

After graduating from junior college in 2012, Zhu Jianhua of the Kuantian Villager Group of Bali Village, Yayi Town, Mojiang Hani Autonomous County, after carefully analyzing and understanding the state's support policies for rural areas and entrepreneurial college students, resolutely chose to return to his hometown to join hands with his family in starting a business and achieving prosperity.

Through research on the surrounding markets, Zhu Jianhua further clarified his entrepreneurial approach and decided to take the path of green ecological development - raising chickens under the forest. After discussing with his family, he took out the family's savings to lease 500 mu of forest land, attended vocational technical training on chicken raising, applied for a college student entrepreneurship loan, and after building chicken coops and other infrastructure, began the first round of breeding, with a scale of about 2,000 chickens. At the same time, he hired two villagers to handle epidemic prevention, scientifically formulate feed, and carry out scientific feeding, among other tasks. Through half a year of scientific breeding, he earned his first pot of gold from raising finished chickens under the forest.

At present, Zhu Jianhua's farm covers an area of about 30 mu, with infrastructure construction worth about 600,000 yuan, 1,000 mu of leased forest land, and a breeding scale maintained at more than 10,000 chickens. Each year, 3-4 batches of chicks or finished chickens are sold, including more than 10,000 chicks and more than 20,000 finished chickens. They are mainly sold to Simao urban area, Lancang County, and other places, and the annual net profit can reach more than 430,000 yuan. At the same time, it has driven 20 villagers into employment, 7 of whom are long-term contract workers. He has truly become a leader in escaping poverty and achieving prosperity.
