The four products rural scam artists often sell, and the elderly in the countryside can't be talked out of buying

In rural areas, you often see people find an open space to promote their high-tech products there. Young people can tell at a glance that it's a scam. But the left-behind elderly in the village are different. Even after being scammed, they don't know it, and no amount of persuasion can change their minds.

The first one, water purifiers

Under the banner of green environmental protection and healthy drinking water, they hoodwink villagers into buying. A water purifier worth a few dozen yuan is hyped up as a high-end water purifier costing 3000 yuan each, and quite a lot of people buy it.

The second one, non-stick pans

They say this pan is made of the best steel, never sticks, and will last decades without any problem. Most importantly, it's a health-care pan that can cure diseases. The original price is 2999 yuan, but now as part of a promotion it's only 500 for a set. Such a big bargain, why wouldn't you take it? In the end, it breaks after being used for a month at home.

The third one, three-piece bedding sets

This is no ordinary three-piece set. The material is imported high-tech material that can promote health and cure all diseases, for only 10,000 yuan.

The fourth one, magnetic therapy patches

This is a new thing, and the name sounds quite impressive too. As soon as people hear it can cure all diseases, buyers come in an endless stream.

There are many other things not listed here. In fact, these things all have very low costs. Often something sold for several thousand only costs a few hundred, netting several thousand in pure profit. Merchants are just seizing on the elderly's mentality of loving small bargains. By giving out free items, they make you feel it's a good deal. Even if you don't buy, you are invisibly helping them fill the scene, and naturally someone will buy.
