The secret to making money raising chickens: the key lies in these points

A note before we begin:

Because I work in this industry, many friends and netizens ask me: Old Zhu, I want to raise chickens, give me some advice, should I do it or not?

To be honest, I don't recommend that friends who ask me step into the farming industry.

Raising chickensThe secret to making money in business" >

The ancients had a saying: even with ten thousand strings of cash at home, anything with fur doesn't count. "With fur" refers to animals, meaning that even if your family has a solid fortune in the farming business, it can't withstand the impact of an epidemic, and the losses can leave you helpless.

In all my years working in technology, fewer than twenty percent of people truly get rich through farming; on the contrary, there are many families driven into poverty by farming. This reminds me of poverty alleviation projects launched by certain local governments, having poor households in impoverished areas raise chickens, thinking raising chickens is especially simple, assuming that as long as you raise them you'll make money, ignoring the risks of raising chickens. With insufficient follow-up technical support and epidemic control, the result was heavy losses when epidemics hit or management was poor, and poverty alleviation became poverty creation; many chicken-raising poverty alleviation projects in many places ended in failure.

So the farming industry is not something just anyone can do; it is absolutely not something you can take up on a whim or a sudden impulse. I often say: people who can thrive in the farming industry are absolutely shrewd operators, good at whatever they do.

Of course, farming is not a raging beast either; there are still many people who have struck their first pot of gold in it. If you really have your eye on this piece of fat in the farming industry and want to feast on it, this upcoming series will share with you the experience Zhu Zihua has gained through more than ten years of struggling and striving, and I hope it will be of help to you.
