After Qu Chengyun achieved good returns from growing camellias, he began to think about how to help more villagers get rich together. For villagers willing to grow camellias, he provided tea camellia seedlings free of charge and took the initiative to visit their homes to teach grafting techniques, leading everyone to plant, manage, and sell together in a unified way. Driven by him, more and more people began to grow camellias, and all of them achieved relatively good returns.

"As the number of flower-growing households increases, this year I plan to establish a camellia professional cooperative, which can not only protect ecological resources but also give play to regional advantages and help more people fill their pockets," Qu Chengyun said. Only by vigorously promoting the adjustment of the industrial structure and taking the path of making industrial development ecological and ecological construction industrialized can we escape poverty and embark on the road to prosperity.
