Poultry Farming Expert Becomes Local Leader in Prosperity

Recently, Guo Fengqin (center), a March 8th Red Banner Pacesetter of the autonomous region and a "poultry farming expert," introduced poultry farming techniques to impoverished households inside a chicken coop of the Mengjia Breeding Professional Cooperative. Since its establishment, the cooperative has enrolled 77 members and driven more than 200 surrounding farming households to develop the broiler chicken breeding industry, with annual per capita net income reaching 2,100 yuan, effectively accelerating the pace of farmers shaking off poverty and becoming prosperous.
