Chinese medicinal herb Atractylodes lancea (Southern Atractylodes) introduced to Ganluo, Liangshan, with 2000 mu planned for cultivation
On October 11, the signing ceremony for the Chinese medicinal herb project in Qingshui Village, Liaoping Township, Ganluo County was held in the meeting room of the Liaoping Township People's Government. The Mianzhu City Frontline Command for Paired Assistance to Ganluo County, the Qingshui Village Committee, and the Ganluo Yongfeng Chinese Medicinal Herb Planting Cooperative officially signed a tripartite cooperation agreement, marking the full launch of the Mianzhu City paired assistance industrial project support initiative for Ganluo County.
In September this year, through the joint efforts of the Mianzhu City Frontline Command for Paired Assistance to Ganluo County and Qingshui Village of Liaoping Township, Chongqing ( agricultural land, commercial and residential land, industrial land) Taiji Chinese Medicinal Herb Planting and Development Co., Ltd. was successfully introduced to build a Chinese medicinal herb (Southern Atractylodes) planting base in Qingshui Village. The base is being built by the Ganluo Yongfeng Chinese Medicinal Herb Planting Cooperative authorized by the Taiji Group, with a planned planting area of 2000 mu, a planned total investment of 14 million yuan, and an output value of 60 million yuan. It will be completed in three phases: in 2016, the first phase planting area is 500 mu, with an estimated investment of 3.5 million yuan; in 2017, the second phase planting is 700 mu, with an estimated investment of 4.9 million yuan; in 2018, the third phase planting is 800 mu, with an estimated investment of 5.6 million yuan.
Southern Atractylodes is one of the main raw materials for producing the Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid series of products. Domestic annual demand is around 7000 tons, while current national output is less than 3000 tons, indicating large market demand and considerable prospects. The project is promoted in the form of "company + base + farmers." The cooperative and the Taiji Group are responsible for seed root procurement, technical guidance, primary product processing guidance, and product harvesting according to unified standards, while the cooperative and farmers are responsible for providing planting land and labor. The cooperative pays the local people land rent and labor remuneration.
According to reports, the first phase planting area of the Qingshui Village base is 300 mu, with an investment of 2.1 million yuan. Land transfer has now been completed, and it has entered the stage of mechanical cultivation and planting. After the project is implemented, it can provide more than 80 jobs. The people of Qingshui Village will increase their labor income by 600,000 yuan each year, with each laborer increasing by 7500-8000, and the entire village's per capita income increasing by about 2000 yuan.
