What policies do various places have to support entrepreneurship among the children of poor households?

In my hometown, a seventh-tier county town, Wuyuan County, according to the provisions of the "Wuyuan County Financial Poverty Alleviation Micro-Credit Interest Subsidy Loan Management Measures" (Wufu Ban Zi [2015] No. 126 document), if a person is a registered poor household, they can apply to the local partner bank for a loan, with no guarantee and no collateral required, and the loan amount is within 30,000-50,000 yuan. The loan credit rating and credit line are assessed by the partner bank. The loan interest is paid upfront by the poor household, and the following year the finance department provides a full interest subsidy through the "One-Card". For eligible registered poor households starting a business individually, the Labor and Employment Bureau provides a guaranteed entrepreneurship loan of no more than 100,000 yuan; for partnership operations and organized entrepreneurship, no more than 500,000 yuan; and for small and micro enterprises, no more than 4 million yuan, and provides loan interest subsidy support according to regulations.
