Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je presides over the Jiangnan Market BOT inauguration ceremony

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je attended the inauguration ceremony of the Jiangnan Market BOT project building yesterday (the 14th). In his speech, Mayor Ko Wen-je said that Jiangnan Market was previously a sea-sand house building and had to be demolished and rebuilt for safety reasons. Later, the Jiangnan Alliance won the bid. This is Taipei's second BOT public market. After completion, it is a building with 3 basement levels and 9 above-ground levels. The 1st floor is a supermarket, the 2nd floor is a parent-child restaurant, and the 3rd floor and above are a hotel.

The output value of the Neihu Technology Park across all of Taipei is 4 trillion. In the past, many big bosses also complained to him that in a place with 4 trillion in output value, the broader environment still lacked restaurants and such, and that this really needed improvement. Mayor Ko Wen-je thought that after the completion of Jiangnan Market, it would improve the industrial environment of the entire Neihu Technology Park to a certain extent, and would also help the entire area somewhat, whether through the parent-child restaurant or the improvement of the cityscape. Finally, Mayor Ko Wen-je sincerely thanked all the private forces that had helped with the market reconstruction during this period, and the city government would also further improve the speed of market reconstruction in the future.
