Succulent plants are now potted plants grown by many people, and Opulina is a relatively common succulent plant. This kind of succulent is also a plant that many people grow, so how exactly do you grow it? Let's take a look!
Opulina grows very fast and does not have high requirements for the growing environment. It likes sun and is drought-tolerant but not cold-tolerant. The temperature is best at around 15-28 degrees; the fleshy leaves are alternate and arranged in a rosette. It likes light, and we can give it 5 hours of light each day. It can be watered once every half month; it is prone to diseases and easily rots. The sowing period is in spring and summer, and propagation is in autumn.

After Opulina receives sufficient light, its leaves will turn slightly red, which looks very nice. When watering, pour water on the soil surface and avoid the plant. When caring for it in summer, do not water too frequently either, otherwise it will cause the plant to rot. At 0°C in winter, do not water, as it will freeze and damage the plant. The care environment should remain warm, cool, dry, ventilated and sunny.
Opulina is commonly propagated by leaf cuttings, beheading, and side-shoot division. The soil mix only needs to be close to 70% humidity; without watering, it will send out new shoots and grow new roots. Wait until independent plants have formed before moving them into pots for cultivation. After the new shoots are slightly larger, fertilize and water normally. The soil mix should mainly maintain good drainage and air permeability.
