Recently watch out for Rongda non-dairy creamer, AAA, Rose non-dairy creamer and Holland non-dairy creamer! 2513 kilograms of expired non-dairy creamer have flowed into food and beverage snack shops!

Unscrupulous expired non-dairy creamer may have already flowed into food and beverage snack shops! The Food and Drug Administration (hereinafter referred to as the FDA) today (the 10th) provided an explanation regarding the illegal expired non-dairy creamer seized in Kaohsiung at the end of last year (December 26 and 27). Kaohsiung Yizhou Co., Ltd. deliberately mixed expired non-dairy creamer with non-dairy creamer still within its expiry period and arbitrarily extended the effective date. An investigation found that 2513 kilograms had already flowed out to unsuspecting downstream businesses, possibly including breakfast shops, beverage shops, and others. The Kaohsiung District Prosecutors Office will carry out follow-up investigations to trace the mixed expired non-dairy creamer that entered the market.

Lu Yunru, section chief of the FDA Southern Regional Management Center, said that at the end of last year a local public report was received, and the business was found to have reblended expired "Rongda non-dairy creamer" (NON DAIRY CREAMER SPD20) and then made it into other products for sale to downstream shops. The seized "AAA non-dairy creamer," "Rose non-dairy creamer" and "Holland non-dairy creamer" were all mixed with the same batch of expired Rongda non-dairy creamer, and this batch of non-dairy creamer had already passed its expiry date on July 27, 106 ROC year. By mixing it with formulas still within the expiry period, they sought to slip it through and extend the expiry period. The investigative authorities seized the inventory on the spot and took relevant evidence back for investigation.
