Long Time No Toast to You※Atayal Traditional Cuisine Experience

Millet is an important part of Taiwan's indigenous food culture; it is indispensable in daily life, rituals and customs, and foods made from millet also represent the warm and generous hospitality of indigenous peoples. The Atayal people have a "Qohozi" drinking culture, which expresses friendship and mutual blessings. So when an Atayal person invites you: "Come do Qohozi with me," you have already received their best blessings~

As the new year approaches, you are welcome to come up the mountain and experience Atayal food culture with us, hand-make and taste the flavors of this season's land - millet wine, pounded glutinous rice, maqaw-cured meat, and sample warrior soup and a seasonal flavor meal.
