Yunlin Industry Takes the Stage: Shih Hsiang Auto Parts Visits Magistrate to Discuss Yunlin Factory Setup

Optimistic about Yunlin's industrial development prospects, Shih Hsiang Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., currently with a factory in Taichung, plans to invest 3 billion yuan in Dounan, Yunlin, to establish a 15,000-ping factory, expected to create 400 jobs. Yesterday (the 2nd), accompanied by County Councilor Tsai Tung-fu and led by General Manager Chou Che-hung, the team visited the Yunlin County Government to meet with Magistrate Chang Li-shan. Magistrate Chang Li-shan immediately instructed the Construction Department to set up a single window to assist Shih Hsiang Auto Parts in investing in Yunlin, and expressed hope that more industries will move into Yunlin in the future, driving employment opportunities and local development prosperity.

Magistrate Chang Li-shan stated that attracting investment to Yunlin is a very important campaign promise of hers. She was very happy that Shih Hsiang Auto Parts intends to set up a factory in Yunlin, and specially invited Secretary-General Chang Chih-ming, Construction Department Director Li Chun-hsing, Urban and Rural Development Department Director Lin Chang-tsao, and others to attend, hoping that through the establishment of a single investment service window, simplification of administrative procedures, and assistance with factory setup matters, the efficiency of factory construction and willingness to move in can be enhanced.

During the meeting, Magistrate Chang Li-shan immediately tasked Construction Department Director Li Chun-hsing with establishing a single window to assist Shih Hsiang Auto Parts in handling related move-in matters. She looks forward to Shih Hsiang Auto Parts increasing local employment and industry-academia cooperation opportunities after moving into Yunlin, and further hopes that manufacturers from other counties and cities, as well as Yunlin entrepreneurs living abroad, will invest in Yunlin. The county government will do its utmost to help and create industrial development prosperity together with businesses.

It is a leader in the global AM market for automotive suspension system manufacturing.
