1. Little secrets in the soil:
The plant-growing masters use coconut coir, leaf mold and perlite. This gives good air permeability and prevents root rot. Usually, when you have nothing to do, weigh the flowerpot in your hand, and when it feels lighter, water it once.
2. Little secrets when watering:
Do not follow the crowd when watering. If you see others watering once every other day and their pothos growing like crazy, that is because their soil drains well and the environment is ventilated. If you do the same, the result will be a big pot of yellow leaves.
So watering cannot be calculated by days. If you do not know whether the pothos lacks water, insert a small wooden stick into the soil and pull it out to check. If the stick is dry, you can water it!
If you want pothos to grow fast, what the masters use is fish tank water. Especially when changing the water in the fish tank, scoop out a ladleful and pour it on the pothos. The water contains fish droppings and fish food dissolved in the water, guaranteeing that the pothos grows vigorously.
3. The secret of nutrient supply
If you want pothos to grow into a green waterfall in 2 months, relying only on nutrients in the soil and fish tank water is still not enough. Regular fertilizing is the real reason it grows nonstop.

Usually we can ferment some rice-washing water and soybean water. Both can supplement nitrogen fertilizer for pothos. Then ferment some banana peel water to supplement potassium fertilizer for pothos. After fermenting for two or three weeks, dilute it 10 times and it is ready to use!
