It's chrysanthemum blooming season again. Every time I look at the colorful chrysanthemums displayed in the park, each one blooming so gorgeously, I really want to take them all home... But I still have the most basic bit of sanity.

When many flower lovers buy flowers, they also pick up a pot of chrysanthemums to keep at home. There are also very many chrysanthemum varieties, but no matter which one it is, they are all very appealing. Every time I wish I could buy a few more pots, but I'm also afraid of not being able to grow them well. Actually, at times like this we can completely use the cutting method, and that way we can "conjure" many pots out of them. Below, Huahua will tell everyone how to do the cuttings.

If we want a high survival rate for the cuttings, then first of all we have to choose the right branches. When cutting, we absolutely must not cut just one or two branches off, as this will also have a certain effect on the later growth of the potted plant. So it should be more even; after all, we can't harm that nice pot of chrysanthemums just to get branches for cuttings!

We can also take this opportunity to give the chrysanthemums a good reshaping, or take the branches cut off during ordinary pruning and put them in to root as cuttings. In short, the two not only do not affect each other, but instead are beneficial to growth.

Because once chrysanthemum branches grow fast, they will ruin the shape of the potted plant and also block the growth of new branches, so ordinary pruning work becomes especially important. And most of those pruned-off branches are in a healthy state, so using them for cuttings is fine; otherwise it would be too wasteful.

And each cutting branch does not need to be too long; keeping it at about 7 cm is enough. The leaves at the bottom should also all be removed, so that it is convenient to insert for cuttings. The bottom of the cutting should also be cut at an angle, to speed up its rooting.

After inserting all the branches into the flower pot, spray them with water once, then place them in a cool, ventilated place. At the beginning, do not let them come into contact with too strong sunlight, otherwise the whole branch will quickly wilt. After you see it growing small buds outward, you can gradually move it into the sun. After it survives, you can also move it to a new flower pot so that it can grow better!
