So peanut shells actually have this clever use, I really never expected it

Yesterday a flower friend left a message for Chengcheng, asking whether peanut shells can be used to grow flowers? How exactly are they used?
Chengcheng tells everyone: using peanut shells to grow flowers is very good, but you must use them the right way. Specifically, there are two ways to use them!
First, use them as fertilizer for flowers
After we finish eating peanuts, keep the peanut shells. Once you have collected a batch, put them out in the sun to bake, dry them out completely, and after they are dried, burn them into ash. Then we can directly sprinkle it on the surface of the potting soil, or mix it into the potting soil when potting up!
Because after peanut shells are burned into ash, they contain a certain amount of potassium. If we sprinkle it on the surface of the potting soil, or mix it into the potting soil, it can make the plant stems grow very thick and strong! Especially for some relatively large foliage flowers, such as the money tree, the peace lily tree, and the money plant, using a bit of this can be said to be very good!
Second, line the bottom of the pot when potting up
Roll the peanut shells with a rolling pin, and when planting flowers, line them at the bottom of the pot. This can provide very good air permeability and water drainage, and can effectively prevent water from accumulating at the bottom of the pot!
Whether using peanut shells as fertilizer or lining the bottom of the pot to prevent water accumulation, the effect is very good. Many people say they can also be fermented and then used as fertilizer. I do not suggest using them that way, because it is very difficult for us to ferment them properly at home!
