Nature is right around you
Gently surrounding you, you only need to stop your steps

1. What is the Green Chain Forest project?
The Green Chain Forest project is a technological project in which the Greening Committee of the Wuhan Municipal Garden Bureau and Wuhan Carbon Sink Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. cooperate, hoping to try combining voluntary tree planting activities with blockchain technology. Both parties hope to use the blockchain underlying chain of the carbon ecological chain to develop a mobile-end Wuhan voluntary tree planting platform, truly integrating the awareness of ecological protection and environmental improvement into everyone's daily life, obtaining additional carbon point benefits through voluntary tree planting, quickly completing the registration of voluntary tree planting with a few clicks, and also observing in real time through mobile phones the basic information, location, and value of ecological contribution of trees, allowing more people to participate in the care and maintenance of trees, giving trees a greater sense of belonging, giving tree planters a greater sense of achievement, more actively participating in voluntary tree planting, and also letting more people make voluntary tree planting and ecological environmental protection an indispensable habit in life.
2. What technological innovations and breakthroughs does the Green Chain Forest project have?
The Green Chain Forest project uses consortium chain technology within blockchain, adopting blockchain to realize the storage of tree information and to guarantee the authenticity and traceability of voluntary tree planting behavior.
3. What convenience will the Green Chain Forest project bring to people's tree planting activities?
In the past, after people planted trees, they still needed to fill in and input relevant activity information themselves and register voluntary tree planting activities. The Green Chain Forest project transfers all voluntary tree planting related actions, such as activity registration, voluntary tree planting tree registration, and certificate printing, to the mobile end. We hope that by using Green Chain Forest, the operations of the vast number of users will change from input operations of filling in forms to convenient multiple clicks, thus greatly increasing everyone's convenience in voluntary tree planting and users' enthusiasm for participating in activities.
4. What is the carbon ecological chain?
The carbon ecological chain is a consortium chain technology independently developed by Wuhan Carbon Sink Ecological Technology based on blockchain 3.0 technology. As everyone knows, China's blockchain industry is developing rapidly and is a very promising industry. Wuhan Carbon Sink Ecological Technology hopes to actively grasp its sense of social responsibility and strive to study the implementation paths of combining blockchain with the real economy. The Green Chain Forest project is precisely a positive attempt by us to combine blockchain with real-world applications.
5. What is the overall future plan of Green Chain Forest?
The Green Chain Forest project is one of Wuhan's reform initiatives to innovate the voluntary tree planting work mechanism and advance the pilot city work of Internet Plus National Voluntary Tree Planting. Using blockchain technology to build an Internet Plus National Voluntary Tree Planting platform, this is the first project in China combining blockchain technology with voluntary tree planting.
