Pick up this "material" for growing flowers, scald it with a "pot" of boiling water and let it sit for 3 weeks, and anything you grow will thrive, 10 times better than humus soil

More and more people love growing flowers, and friends around me always like to keep some flowers and plants at home, placing them indoors to purify the air and beautify the environment. But for people who love growing flowers, they always keep all kinds of green potted plants at home, and in the daily care process, not only do they need to water and fertilize, but in spring and autumn they also need to repot and change the soil for the plants.

When changing the soil for flowers, you need to prepare all kinds of growing media, then mix them together to grow flowers; for people who grow many flowers, they need to prepare a large amount of flower-growing soil. Today I want to share a kind of flower-growing medium that costs no money. You just need to go out and pick some up, and after processing it, you can use it to grow flowers. It not only has good fertilizer effect but is also loose and breathable, and any flower you grow with it will have thick branches, green leaves and vigorous growth.

Go out and pick up some pine bark, scald it once with boiling water, and ferment it for 3 weeks

It is now the cool autumn season, suitable for repotting and changing soil for many flowers. Generally, the soil used for growing flowers is mixed soil. After mixing garden soil, river sand and humus soil, it can be used to grow most potted flowers. Among them, garden soil and river sand are very easy to obtain as flower-growing soil, and generally many flower enthusiasts buy humus soil at flower markets. Today I want to share that after fermenting pine bark, using it to replace humus soil will make a very good flower-growing soil.

Pine trees shed a layer of bark every year, so in autumn you can pick up some pine bark in parks or woods, then boil a pot of water and pour it over the pine bark to sterilize and disinfect it, while also soaking the pine bark. Put it in a bag and leave it outdoors to ferment normally for about 3 weeks. When you see the pine bark rotting and turning black, it means the fermentation was successful. Use 2 parts pine bark, 1 part river sand and 1 part garden soil, mix them together and use the mixture to grow flowers; it is a very good soil. For example, in autumn when repotting and changing soil for spider plants, clivias, pothos, money trees and kalanchoes, you can use this kind of soil. This is because pine bark not only contains rich nutrients, but also contains pine resin and pine oil, which have sterilizing and disinfecting effects and can prevent the plant roots from being infected by pathogens and rotting.

Of course, the well-fermented pine bark organic fertilizer can also be used as a base fertilizer placed at the bottom of the flowerpot when potting and adding soil for flowers, providing rich nutrients for plant growth. Using pine bark as a mixed soil for growing flowers not only provides rich nutrients, but is also loose and breathable, and the soil is not prone to compacting, so using it to grow flowers is very safe and efficient, thus saving the need to buy humus soil.

For people who love growing flowers, many things in life can be used to grow flowers; for example, eggshells can be used as fertilizer for growing flowers, providing nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and calcium for plant growth in the flowerpot; expired pills can also be used to grow flowers, such as expired vitamin, aspirin and ferrous sulfate pills, which can be crushed and buried in the flowerpot soil to promote plant growth.
