Feed your snake plant a little "medicine" and watch the pups shoot up and grow like crazy

Snake plant leaves stand upright and tall, and more and more households like to keep a pot of it to beautify their space and purify the air. You need to take care of your snake plant regularly to keep it growing lushly, and there are some little tricks from everyday life you can use. Let's take a look below!
Amoxicillin
The snake plant (Sansevieria) is an easy-to-grow foliage plant with evergreen leaves; as long as its basic growing needs are met, it grows quite well. The most fundamental requirement is plenty of nutrients. The common household anti-inflammatory drug amoxicillin, which boosts the human body's immunity, can be used to grow snake plants with excellent results, promoting growth, raising resistance, and preventing infestations of pests and diseases.
The specific method is to dissolve 1 tablet in water, preferably a capsule, mixing the powder from the capsule with water at a ratio of 1:1000. The mixed solution can be sprayed directly on the snake plant or used to water the plant directly. The spraying frequency is about once every 2 weeks. It helps the snake plant grow healthily with green leaves and stems, and prevents the leaves from turning yellow and drying out.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C tablets contain a large amount of antioxidants, which help the snake plant fully absorb nutrients and promote photosynthesis.
The specific method is to crush 2 vitamin C tablets into powder, then mix and dilute with 2000 times the amount of water. Pour the diluted solution directly into the pot to let the leaves grow broad and wide.
Snake plant fertilizing methods:
(1). When repotting, use a base fertilizer to meet the nutrients needed for growth, so the plant grows better and the leaves stand more upright. You can use decomposed cake fertilizer as the base fertilizer, mixing it into the soil. Be careful to keep it away from the roots to avoid damaging them.
(2). During the growing season, apply appropriate topdressing with a dilute organic liquid fertilizer, which the snake plant can easily absorb. Do not apply too much nitrogen fertilizer, as it will fade or even eliminate the golden edges of variegated snake plants. You can use a compound fertilizer with more phosphorus and potassium, generally applying it once every 15 days.
