Are Your Pothos Leaves Turning Yellow Because of the Cold? Here's How to Fix It Properly

Plant lovers all want their lives to bloom like flowers, but many growers end up with wilted pothos (Epipremnum aureum). Pothos not only purifies the air but also greens up your home. By mastering the right care techniques in daily life, you can avoid yellowing leaves and dull foliage, and that way you can grow pothos and other foliage plants well.
Why Pothos Withers
Pothos is usually vigorous, and withering generally appears in summer when the leaves turn yellow. But if the heating is too high at night and the temperature stays low for long periods during the day, so that daytime temperatures are below 10°C and then the low temperature meets high nighttime temperatures, the pothos's growth becomes disrupted, and the leaves yellow and drop off.
When pothos leaves wither, it is usually caused by low temperatures. You can keep the temperature at around 25°C, and as long as the vines are not frostbitten there is no problem. In the morning, you can let the pothos receive sunlight through a screen window, and only then will it grow well.
If your pothos leaves turn yellow, you can add a few drops of monopotassium phosphate when watering, then let it dissolve in the water, and the leaves will quickly turn green again.
Yellowing pothos leaves are generally caused by too great a temperature difference. Plant lovers should pay attention to keeping their pothos warm, and can also give it plenty of fertilizer in daily care. That way the pothos will grow more vigorously, and even yellowed leaves can turn green again.
