Never use these 3 kinds of water to water flowers in winter; water one pot and it dies, water another and it dies too.

After National Day, many friends have realized that the weather has really started to turn cold. Some people on the streets have already put on thick coats, and young people who fear the cold have put on long johns without their mothers having to remind them. When the weather turns cold, plants can sense it too, and especially after winter arrives, there is more that needs attention.
Winter is a fairly difficult period for many plants to get through, because winter temperatures are quite cold, and most plants, under such cold conditions, choose dormancy as a way to get through the winter smoothly.
But what Huahua wants to say is that even after entering dormancy, we still need to take good insulation measures for the plants. Generally speaking, the most suitable temperature for plant growth is between 10-25°C. When the temperature is too cold, plants may suffer frostbite or even freeze to death.
In winter, water is a very crucial matter. When the temperature is relatively low, what kind of water is not suitable for watering plants? Today Huahua will tell everyone that these three kinds of water are best not used on plants in winter, as the plants will very likely die!
One: "Flood irrigation water"
This refers to watering too much, usually to the point where the water in the flowerpot has already submerged the roots. The most important thing to pay attention to in winter is not to water too much! Winter sunlight and temperatures mean water does not evaporate very strongly. If you still water as you do in summer, then root rot is a sure thing, so everyone must absolutely not overwater.
Two: Cold water
Generally, when we water, we choose tap water to water flowers, but in winter, tap water becomes very, very cold. When we brush our teeth and wash our faces in the morning we feel the cold, let alone the plants. Normally we take good insulation measures for plants in winter, so the temperature of the plant soil definitely will not be as cold as cold water, so we had best let tap water sit until it reaches room temperature before using it to water flowers.
It should be noted that with cold water, it is best to water flowers in the morning and evening, and you must not choose to water at noon, because at noon the temperature difference between the cold water and the soil is relatively large, making it unsuitable for watering flowers.
Three: Kitchen waste water
Do not think that in winter you should give plants extra nourishment so they will grow well in spring, and then water flowers with all the kitchen garbage wastewater from home. First, because the plants simply cannot absorb it, and second, because the plants are in dormancy, and if there is excess nutrition the plants will grow leggy, causing them not to grow vigorously enough the following spring.
The above three kinds of water must absolutely not be used for watering. If you want your plants to get through winter smoothly, you must not water them unscientifically or unreasonably, after all, when growing flowers, "three parts fertilizer, seven parts water"!
