Egg and Cheese Baked Toast
Step1: Use a knife to cut a square about 37.5px from the edge of the bread (cut lightly, and be sure not to cut all the way through!)
Step2: Press down the bread within the square area to form a groove.
Step3: Pour one fresh egg into the groove.
Step4: Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over the egg white and the edge of the bread.
Step5: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the finished Step4 product on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, then put it into the oven and bake with both upper and lower heat for about 10 minutes. (Every oven is different, so you need to judge the temperature and time yourself. It is ready once the cheese melts.)
Step6: After taking it out of the oven, while it is hot, freshly grind black pepper and sea salt on it and it is ready to eat! Pair it with a glass of fresh orange juice or milk for a nutritious and delicious breakfast. The hands-on time is very short and there is zero difficulty, and while it is baking you can even go brush your teeth and wash your face.
