4 kinds of flowers: dip the cuttings in this water, white roots appear in 7 days, and they grow into dense potted plants in 1 month

For these 4 kinds of flowers, dip the cuttings in "this water", white roots grow in 7 days, and they grow into dense potted plants in 1 month
More and more people like growing flowers, and many people like to keep some flowers and plants at home to make the home greener and fresher. Especially for people who like growing flowers, they not only invest a lot of time and energy, but also spend a lot of money. A stroll around the market leads to buying a few pots of flowers to take home. Over time, this adds up to no small expense.
In the daily process of growing flowers, many plants actually do not need to be bought as potted plants; you only need to take a few cuttings from branches and they can become potted plants. Just like the 4 common potted plants shared with you today. They are Kalanchoe blossfeldiana, osmanthus, Christmas cactus, and snake plant. These 4 are all very common household flowers, and in daily life they can be propagated by cuttings from branches, but many flower lovers have doubts: during plant cutting, they easily fail, not only failing to root, but the branches also easily rot. Today I will share the cutting techniques and methods for these 4 kinds of flowers.
1. Kalanchoe blossfeldiana
The time for cutting Kalanchoe blossfeldiana is generally spring and autumn each year, because in these two seasons the weather is cool, the temperature is suitable, and the plant's differentiation ability is also very strong. Cut off a branch of the current year's growth from the potted Kalanchoe blossfeldiana; generally a branch about 3-10 cm long is enough. Then trim the leaves at the bottom, leaving only the top two pairs of leaves.
Use 1 aspirin tablet in 1 kg of water, then put the trimmed Kalanchoe blossfeldiana branch in a cup, add the aspirin water solution, change the water once every 3 days, and after a week of care, Kalanchoe blossfeldiana can grow white roots. The reason for using the aspirin water solution is that the main component of aspirin is acetylsalicylic acid, which promotes rapid rooting and leaf growth in plants, and also has a sterilizing and disinfecting effect, which can prevent root rot during the cutting process.
2. Osmanthus
It is now the season when osmanthus blooms, and the fragrance drifts in the air. For many friends who like osmanthus, you can now cut osmanthus branches for cuttings to obtain potted osmanthus. Generally, trim a 10-15 cm branch of the current year's growth, remove all the leaves at the bottom, and leave only 3-4 leaves at the top.
Soak the trimmed osmanthus branch in a 0.2% rooting powder water solution for 5 minutes, take it out, and insert it into a clean river sand substrate for care. Generally after about 10 days of care, the osmanthus branch can root, and after later cultivation, it can be transplanted into a flowerpot to grow a potted osmanthus.
3. Christmas cactus
It is now the growing season for Christmas cactus, and also a suitable season for cutting Christmas cactus. You can cut off the leaves of Christmas cactus; generally leaves about 5 cm long are enough.
Then take some fresh willow branches, cut them into 5 cm long small sections, soak them in water for 24 hours to obtain a pale yellow water solution, place the Christmas cactus leaves on a plate, add the willow sap water solution, change the water once every 3 days, and the Christmas cactus can grow roots in 7 days. Because willow branches contain salicylic acid, which can promote rapid rooting of Christmas cactus branches, using this method is both cheap and convenient.
4. Snake plant
The weather in autumn is cool, and it is also suitable for cutting snake plant. Generally, use healthy snake plant leaves and trim them to a length of 10 cm, but be careful to distinguish the morphological upper and lower ends of the leaf to prevent inserting the cutting in the wrong direction, which would prevent the plant from rooting. The morphological lower end must be buried in the soil for the plant to root.
Use 1 g of white sugar in 100 g of water; after fully diluting, soak the trimmed snake plant leaf in the white sugar water solution for 30 minutes, then take it out and let it dry. Prepare a clean river sand substrate, insert the snake plant leaf into the substrate, place it in a cool place for about 1 week of care, and the snake plant can root; after about 15 days it can grow new shoots. The white sugar water solution has the effect of promoting rapid rooting in plants.
Using the above 4 methods to propagate plants by cuttings gives fast rooting and high efficiency, and you can quickly grow the potted plants you like.
