In autumn, grow these 4 flowers in water; one bottle of water is enough to keep them alive, and in 7 days they grow small white roots.

As potted plants on the balcony increase, many flower lovers want to try growing flowers hydroponically. Hydroponic flowers use water as a medium, growing flowers directly in a container filled with water and applying the nutrients needed for growth, for indoor greenery decoration. The following "4 kinds" of flowers can be grown in water, one bottle of water is enough to keep them alive, and in 7 days they grow small white roots!
The first kind: hydroponic tulips. Tulips are also bulb plants, so if we want to grow the tulips we bought hydroponically, we can properly clean up the root disc, remove the withered old roots, and then place it on the hydroponic vessel. The root disc only needs to touch the water slightly, even 2 mm away from the water is fine, because the humidity above the water surface is high and roots will still form. If conditions allow, it is best to shade the vessel and not expose the roots to sunlight, otherwise algae easily grow, which is unsightly and not good for rooting.
The second kind: hydroponic money tree. It should be noted that a hydroponic money tree grows very slowly. Although its branches and leaves are relatively lush, it is not easy for it to grow tall. However, for a small potted money tree, size is not a big issue. Hydroponic money tree is feasible both in theory and in actual practice, and it is not an isolated case, so flower lovers can rest assured in converting their money tree from soil to water.
The third kind: hydroponic lucky bamboo. When growing lucky bamboo hydroponically, the lucky bamboo must be handled properly. The stems must be fresh, too many leaves must not be left at the bottom, and the bottom end of the stem must be cut diagonally at 45° with a sharp knife. Put clean water in the vase, and do not let the water level be too high. Then, after arranging the lucky bamboo, place it in a viewing position. Usually, when the water runs low, you can add water, but do not check every few days whether it has rooted or shake the lucky bamboo. Normally, lucky bamboo takes about 40 days to root, so we only need to wait patiently.
The fourth kind: hydroponic pothos. Besides preparing a hydroponic vessel, we had best prepare a hydroponic basket, because a hydroponic basket makes it easier to secure the pothos stems. Of course, if there is another way to secure them, it is also fine not to use a hydroponic basket; there is no fixed requirement. We must not put the hydroponic pothos in the sun to bake. It can be placed indoors, on an office desk, or anywhere, as long as there is diffused light. If you are diligent, changing the water once a week or once every two weeks is enough. If you are a bit lazy, it is also fine not to change the water; when the water runs low, add water.
For hydroponic flowers that have just been repotted, because there are many new wounds on the roots, they are prone to rot, so the water must be changed frequently. Especially in high-temperature weather, the oxygen content in the water decreases, the plant's respiration strengthens, and more oxygen is consumed, so the water must be changed even more frequently, every day, until the flowers grow white new roots in the water, only then can the frequency of water changes be gradually reduced.
