The unremarkable flowers and grasses by the roadside could keep you entertained for ages. How many of them do you still remember?

I remember that as a kid we didn't have many toys either. The happiest thing was wandering all over the hills and fields with my friends, picking a few flowers and grasses and shaping them into all kinds of cute forms! Those flowers and grasses by the roadside that amused you when you were little, do you still remember them?
1. Leaf collages
Right now the most abundant thing outdoors is leaves, and in all kinds of shapes. Of course, these days many kindergartens also have kids go home and make leaf collages! Doing it with your own hands also sparks children's creativity! Do you still remember what you made with leaves?
2. Sweet potato leaves
These days sweet potato leaves are a well-known wild vegetable, because the stems are fairly rich in fiber. As kids we would often fold them like in the picture and hang them around our necks, pretending we were wearing a pearl necklace!
3. Foxtail grass
Foxtail grass used to grow in whole patches, but now it's quite hard to find! Little bunnies, rings, always in all kinds of shapes.
After saying all this, it really seems to give away my age. But now we really should reflect a bit: is it that we give too much time to computers and phones, and stay trapped in a world of steel and concrete for too long? Even if the balcony is a riot of color, it always feels like something is missing!
