3 Beautiful Spider Plants: Toss a Stem in the Soil and It Lives, Growing Wild and Lush

Spider plants are a kind of potted plant we grow often, but these three spider plants either have especially beautiful, lush leaves, or bloom in a particularly lively, pretty and brilliant way, and they are also very easy to care for, with propagation being even easier.
These 3 beautiful spider plants: drop a single stem in the soil and it takes root, growing wildly, with leaves abundant and lush!
Curly Spider Plant
It is a kind of spider plant, and its plant shape is the same as a spider plant, only the leaves curl up naturally, feeling as if the hair has been permed, but the planting method is still the same as for ordinary variegated spider plants and golden spider plants. When planting, apply enough base fertilizer, and be sure to use decomposed organic fertilizer, chicken manure fertilizer, etc. Before planting, sun-expose the soil to disinfect it.
Propagation Method
Directly cut off the runners with small white aerial roots. Autumn is the best time for cuttings now. Prepare a small flower pot and bury the aerial roots in the soil.
Water once every two or three days to keep the potting soil moist. In about ten days they will have taken root and survived, the roots will grow fuller and fuller, and tender new leaves and small leaves will also grow out. You can propagate as many pots as you want.
In summer, provide slight shade; in autumn, simply place it outdoors to grow, and it will grow more lushly, and it is very easy to grow into a full pot. In winter, just keep it indoors to overwinter.
Peony Spider Plant
It is different from other spider plants, because other spider plants can basically adapt to a diffused-light environment, but it likes ample sunlight. Apart from summer, when strong light is not suitable, to avoid sunburning the leaves, it needs more sun at other times. But its roots are fleshy roots, so although the potting soil should stay moist, it must not be watered too much, to avoid waterlogging and root rot.
Cutting Method
Propagating the peony spider plant is very simple. You can directly water-culture the pruned stems, drop them in a glass bottle, and soak them in water, and they will grow roots and survive.
You can also insert cuttings into airy, loose peat and vermiculite, keep a certain humidity, and place them under diffused light, and they will grow roots in a dozen days or so.
Pinch it regularly to encourage more branches to grow, and water it with fertilizer water during the growing season, and it is easy to grow into a full pot.
Goldfish Plant
Also called kangaroo flower and hanging goldfish, its flower shape is very cute and special, and the color is also bright and vivid. When caring for the goldfish plant normally, the potting soil is key. If you have peat at home, you can use peat, humus soil, river sand or vermiculite to grow it, with more peat added, plus some sand the size of soybeans, to make the potting soil more airy.
Cutting Method
The goldfish plant can be propagated by cuttings all year round, and spring and autumn are especially suitable. Cut a 10 cm long one-year-old stem, leave three or four leaves, and insert the cutting into soil with humus and good drainage.
Insert to a depth of 2 cm. As long as the temperature is around 20°C, it will take root in a dozen days or so, and in a month the root system will have grown well and it can be transplanted into a pot.
Change the pot once every spring or autumn, and add some base fertilizer; chicken manure or bean cake fertilizer are both fine. Then it will grow thick branches and strong leaves, and bloom abundantly.
