The "New Taipei City New Banqiao Station Special District (Special Zone 2) International Tourist Hotel Construction and Operation Investment Promotion Project," invested in and built by Dameng Development Co., Ltd. (Hongguo Relationship Enterprise), introduced the international chain hotel brand "Hilton Hotel," which had been away from Taiwan for 15 years. This time returning to Taiwan's tourist hotel market, it chose New Taipei City as its first stop, which is of extraordinary significance.

New Taipei City Mayor Eric Chu stated that when international chain hotels choose cities around the world for expansion, they have high requirements for urban development functionality. Since its upgrade, New Taipei City has continuously built a livable city, fully promoting "local schooling, local employment, local elderly care, and local happy living," making New Taipei City not only "Taiwan's largest city" but also a "livable city" that makes residents feel most proud. "Hilton Hotel," after 15 years away from Taiwan, chose the New Banqiao Special District as its first stop precisely because it saw New Taipei City's urban development competitiveness. In the future, the city government will continue to attract private capital through public land investment promotion to build large-scale industrial and commercial facilities, create more job opportunities for residents, build a better quality of life, and attract more international enterprises to invest in New Taipei, driving New Taipei's connection with the world and jointly creating prosperity for New Taipei.

The New Taipei City Economic Development Bureau explained that the "New Taipei City New Banqiao Station Special District (Special Zone 2) International Tourist Hotel Construction and Operation Investment Promotion Project" uses the surface rights setting method, with a private institution investing in the construction and operation of an international tourist hotel. The concession period is 50 years, the total investment amount is approximately NT$8 billion, and 698 job opportunities have been created.
