After growing flowers for a long time, you can sum up some little tips for growing them, such as everyone trying to water flowers with rice water, with vegetable-washing water, and so on. In fact, there are many tips for growing flowers, and some tips are flexible and varied. Take rice water, for example. Besides it, there is another kind of flower-watering water that can be called the all-purpose water for growing flowers. Its nutrition is greater than that of rice water, and it is not difficult to make. No matter what kind of flowering plant it is, as long as you water it with a bottle of it regularly, the leaves will grow greener and glossier, and the flowers will increase.

It is organic fertilizer water rich in nitrogen: soybean solution

When it comes to watering flowers, many flower lovers should be clear that to grow flowers well, the importance of watering is stronger than that of other factors. "Three parts fertilizing, seven parts watering" is exactly the principle of growing flowers. In the daily process of growing flowers, the water used to water them is nothing more than these kinds, namely: tap water, rainwater and rice water and other domestic wastewater. How should I put it? Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Tap water contains a small amount of chlorine and impurities, which is not good for flower growth, rainwater is hard to come by, and rice water and other domestic wastewater do not have high nutritional value. Soybean solution, however, can be said to be a better flower-watering water than all of them.

What are the benefits of watering flowers with soybean solution

If you use soybean solution to water flowers for a long time, the leaves of the plants and flowers will become more and more glossy. Why is that? Because soybean solution contains a large amount of soybean protein, and its composition has a lot of nitrogen. And nitrogen is a necessary element for sturdy stems and leaves of flowers. Especially in the peak growing season of flowers, such as spring and autumn, applying more nitrogen fertilizer is very beneficial to flower growth. So how is this solution made for watering flowers? Is the production process complicated? Actually, it is not difficult at all, and soybeans are believed to be available in every household, so the materials are easy to obtain.

The method for making soybean solution for watering flowers

First prepare some soybeans, soak them for a day first and then cook them. After cooking, they can be directly mashed. After mashing, put them into a mineral water bottle, add water at a ratio of 1:10, shake evenly, and screw on the cap. At this point, it does not mean it is finished, because we need to let the soybean solution ferment first. This point is the same as rice water; both need to ferment, in order not to let it burn the root system of the flowers in the flowerpot. Put the above-mentioned mineral water bottle outdoors for one or two weeks and the fermentation will be complete. After that, it can be used to water flowers. Of course, when watering flowers, it will have a sour smell, which also shows that fermentation is complete. If everyone thinks the odor is too strong, you can add some orange peel or dilute it before watering the flowers.

The flower-watering water made according to this method can be used to water clivia (Clivia miniata), jasmine (Jasminum sambac), gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides), spider plant (Chlorophytum comosum) and some other flowers that like a slightly acidic soil environment. Basically, ensure watering once a month, so that the flowers can have luxuriant branches and leaves. Of course, soybean solution cannot replace daily flower-watering water. After all, it already counts as a kind of fertilizer water, not plain water. When using soybean water to water flowers, pay attention to the time interval. Watering too frequently will cause the flower leaves to grow excessively.
