This vegetable is a natural calcium supplement, grows fast in a flower pot, and can be on the table in 15 days

I grow vegetables on my balcony, and I love growing fast-growing vegetables the most. For example, one of them is a vegetable called "radish greens," which can be grown at home in a flower pot. Sprinkle the seeds, and within a few days it can be on the table to eat.
Radish greens should actually be familiar to everyone. When we go to the market to buy vegetables, we all buy radishes, and the leaves and stems that grow on them are all thrown away. In the past, at most we used some radish stems to make pickles, and the leaves were really never eaten.
In fact, radish greens, like radishes, are a particularly good vegetable. They are rich in nutrients and have the title of "natural calcium supplement." They contain trace elements needed by the human body such as calcium, iron, and zinc, as well as vitamin C, carotene, and crude fiber. Long-term consumption can promote digestion, enhance human immunity, and also help prevent osteoporosis and anemia and lower blood pressure.
Such a good vegetable, of course we should grow it, and we do not have to wait until it grows up to eat it. When it grows some tender seedlings, it can be picked and eaten, and this only takes about 15 days. If you want it to grow a bit bigger before eating, that is fine too. It can be on the table in about a month or so, and using it for soup, filling, or a simple stir-fry is very delicious and nutritious.
For potted radish greens, whether a large flower pot or a small flower pot is fine, and growth is not limited, but if you want a large quantity, it is recommended to plant in a larger flower pot, or choosing a large foam box is also okay.
We can go to the market and buy a pack of radish seeds. For the potting soil, ordinary garden soil is fine. It has strong adaptability to soil, but it is recommended to add a little base fertilizer to make it grow more robust and also save fertilizing later. After sprinkling the seeds in, cover with a thin layer of soil, then gently press with your hand, and finally water thoroughly once.
Radish greens like a cold and humid environment, and planting in this month is just right. Keep the potting soil moist, and in about 3 or 4 days small seedlings will pop out, then they shoot up differently every day. When there is sun, let them bask more. If you want to eat them tender, they can be picked and eaten in 2 weeks, convenient and fast.
