A few days ago, Huahua looked at the beloved flowers shared by flower friends, and they were truly breathtakingly beautiful. Bud after bud bloomed on the branches, looking very "delicate and charming." However, quite a few flower friends were worried, saying that the orchids they grow at home always develop yellow leaves, and blooming is still very difficult, making them very hard to grow. Does that really mean beginners are not suited to growing orchids?

The slender form of orchids, and their even more beautiful and moving appearance when in bloom, is exactly why many beginner flower friends cannot resist growing them. However, orchids generally show all kinds of problems in the early stages of care, and this is not really a matter of whether one is a beginner. If beginner flower friends truly want to grow orchids, then Huahua will recommend a few for you; these orchids are very easy to grow.

1. Golden Silk Horse Tail (Jinsi Mawei)

Golden Silk Horse Tail is a variety of orchid. In appearance it is more like a gentle, refined lady of a great household. Its pale yellow flowers bloom quietly among the green leaves and branches, accompanied by a faint fragrance. Placed at home, it really is a potted flower with high ornamental value. Moreover, Golden Silk Horse Tail has a very long flowering period, blooming from summer to autumn, which is not very common among orchids.

When caring for Golden Silk Horse Tail, it must be ventilated frequently. Especially in summer when the weather is hot, pay attention to the air convection between the orchid and the air. Orchids prefer shade, and even more care is needed when the sunlight is strong. Golden Silk Horse Tail likes to grow in a humid environment, but it should not be watered too much either; otherwise, water accumulation at the roots will be difficult to remedy.

2. Miss Korea

This variety of orchid blooms very gorgeously, with large pink buds hanging all over the branches. Seen from a distance, it fully satisfies the viewer's visual experience. This orchid is produced by crossing Jianlan (Cymbidium ensifolium) and large-flowered cymbidium, so it carries both the gentleness of Jianlan and the boldness of large-flowered cymbidium.

The Miss Korea orchid variety is very easy to keep alive. When it grows, it needs appropriate light, and likewise it should not be watered too much. But one of the most important things is that it has relatively high temperature requirements. When caring for it, it is best not to let the temperature go below 12 degrees, otherwise even if it blooms, the flowers will quickly wither.

3. Fushan Qidie

Fushan Qidie is a rare double-petaled flower among orchids. Two buds overlap together, with brilliant and colorful hues, very pleasing to the eye. Because its root system is relatively well developed, Fushan Qidie has strong adaptability and can also bloom in multiple seasons, making it an orchid variety suitable for beginners to grow.

When caring for Fushan Qidie, be sure to note that it must not lack water during the growing period. Lack of water will cause the leaves to turn yellow, which is not easy to remedy. When growing this orchid at home, remember to provide shade, because it likes to grow in a semi-shaded environment, and special attention must be paid to this especially in summer.

If beginner flower friends want to start growing orchids, you can consider the ones above; they bloom beautifully and are easy to grow. If you have better recommendations, leave a comment in the comment section and tell Huahua!
