Money tree leaves rotting? Spray with water plus this powder, spray once every 7 days and they turn green again

Why does the money tree (Pachira aquatica) develop black leaves and then drop them?
Why do black leaves appear? It is because its root system has a problem. If we notice black leaves on the money tree at the first sign, we can use mancozeb diluted in water to drench the roots, then spray the leaves, and put it in a well-ventilated place. Spraying the leaves about three times can effectively control it; the interval must be spaced out, about once every seven days.

If black leaves appear over a large area, then at this point you must repot it. Take its roots out of the soil and check the root system; at this point it basically has no new roots. Trim off the rotten roots, keep the fresh roots, and remove all the other roots. Soak it in a solution of mancozeb diluted in water for two hours. After soaking, change to new soil to plant it. The new soil must be sterilized properly; you can use mancozeb diluted in water to water it thoroughly directly, then plant it straight away. After planting, put it in a place with good ventilation, let it get some scattered light, and spray its leaves with water every morning and evening. In at most half a month, it will grow new buds, and new branches will grow out from the stems.

The money tree (Pachira aquatica) has fairly strict soil requirements. Compacted soil and soil that is not breathable will both cause root rot and other problems. Be sure to prepare loose, breathable soil. To grow a money tree, be sure to maintain good ventilation and give it appropriate light. Only then can you grow a money tree well.
