How to plant dragon fruit seedlings? Detailed planting methods and steps
1. Prepare the pot and soil
Prepare a container with good air permeability, such as a clay pot with a diameter of about 25 to 35 cm. Before planting, disinfect the container first. You can soak the clay pot in clean water for a period of time so that the polluted gas in the pores of the pot wall is discharged. The soil selected should preferably be slightly acidic, and it should be loose and breathable.
2. Potting and planting
The dragon fruit seedlings to be planted are best chosen as cuttings. As long as the small seedlings have roots and grow new branches and leaves, they can be transplanted into pots. Add the prepared soil to the pot, pile up two mounds of soil in the center of the pot, plant two seedlings on the mounds, insert a support stick between the two seedlings, tie the seedlings and the support stick together, compact the soil and water it. After one week of recovery, move them to the balcony for normal care.
