Grandma fell in love with growing flowers, planted ten thousand pots on the rooftop, absolutely crazy

For gardening enthusiasts stuck in the city, the biggest dream is nothing other than returning to the countryside to grow flowers, plant vegetables, and build a garden, listening to the wind and drinking tea, tending flowers and plants. But when it comes to grandpas and grandmas, dads and moms, they get even crazier than us when they grow flowers? Come take a look with Huahua!

Grandpas and grandmas get addicted to growing flowers, they just can't stop

Many retired people love growing flowers, but you'd never expect they'd get more and more addicted the more they grow. This grandma went from 10 pots at the start to 100 pots, and from 100 pots to thousands upon thousands, she simply can't stop.

Can you imagine that this is just a rooftop garden? When there was no more room to put them, at first they could still be hung like this as hanging pots.

Later on, the flower growing got even more out of hand. With truly no space left, they could only build a shed with supports, and the flower pots were stacked layer upon layer. If you didn't know better, you'd think you'd walked into a flower market!

Now look at this grandpa. Under his daughter's guidance, he fell madly in love with succulents. In less than half a year, 100 pots of Aeonium were neatly lined up on the rooftop.

And every single Aeonium was grown super large, 3 Aeonium plants could fill one pot. He went from a succulent newbie to a master level, just like that.

The yard tended by Dad and Mom, full of melons and fruits

Living in the countryside, land used to be free. As long as you built a house, you could mark out a yard of any size. So many years later, Dad has always held on to his heart for growing flowers and vegetables.

The yard is divided in two, with ridges made on the left and right for vegetables, and the middle paved with floor tiles and fitted with a trellis, planted with morning glories, green beans, and pumpkins.

There are also stone tables and stone stools scavenged from who knows where, just set right there in the yard, paired with a few pine trees behind them, giving off an inexplicably wild vibe.

The four seasons here are distinct. In early autumn, morning glories cover the trellis, with purple and white flowers blooming in competition, and the chrysanthemums and moss rose planted below have bloomed too.

Looking from the yard gate, the whole house looks as if it's wrapped in morning glories.

The area around the stone table is planted full of cosmos. The pale pink cosmos also represent beauty and happiness.

The green beans on the trellis, every time you pick them you have to stand on a stool to reach them. Pick and eat right away, every time I go home I have to order braised pork with green beans, just thinking about it makes my mouth water again!
